Warranty Support
All products from The Mac Tech Store come with a 1-Year Local Warranty. If your product develops a hardware fault or manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Common Issues & Solutions
My phone won't turn on
Try holding the power button for 15–30 seconds. If it still doesn't respond, charge it for at least 30 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
My gaming controller isn't connecting
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Try resetting the controller by pressing the reset button (usually a small hole on the back). Re-pair it with your device. If issues continue, contact us.
My laptop accessory isn't working
Check that the accessory is compatible with your laptop model. Ensure drivers are up to date. Try plugging into a different USB port. If the issue persists, reach out to our team.
My product arrived damaged
Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and immediate replacement or refund.
Out of Warranty Support
Even if your product is outside its warranty period, our team is happy to provide advice and guidance. For out-of-warranty repairs, we can recommend trusted local service centres.
What's Not Covered
- Physical or accidental damage (drops, cracks, dents).
- Liquid/water damage.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair attempts.
- Normal wear and tear (battery degradation after extended use).
