Promotional Codes & Vouchers

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout prior to final payment processing — discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order is submitted.

Returns & Shipping on Sale Items

Promotional items follow our standard return guidelines and store policy. Any approved refunds for items purchased during a promotional event will be issued via PayPal at the exact sale price paid, not the original retail value.

Pricing Errors

In the rare event of a clear pricing or administrative error on our website, The Mac Tech reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Affected customers will be notified immediately via email or WhatsApp and a full refund will be processed directly to their PayPal account.
