How to Return an Item

How to Exchange an Item

Return Conditions
- Refurbished devices, mobiles, headphones, and leads must be returned in the exact condition they were received — unused and undamaged.
- Include all included accessories, connection cables, and supplementary inserts that came with your specific item description.
- Valid proof of purchase is required (your store order number or PayPal transaction receipt).
Please Note: Items showing clear signs of customer-induced physical damage, water/liquid exposure, severe impact marks, or unauthorized internal repair attempts are not eligible for a return or an exchange.
