Our Returns Policy
At The Mac Tech Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged.
- Original packaging must be included where possible.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Return

- Describe the reason for the return — our team will guide you.
- Our representative will provide return instructions and a returns label.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided details.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Our team typically responds within 24 hours. Exchange and return delivery is handled within 24–48 hours of approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.).
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Refunds will not be issued for items with physical/liquid damage caused after delivery, or items returned without prior contact.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days without prior contact.
- Items with physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.
