What products do you sell?
We sell A-Grade refurbished electronics including mobile phones, gaming controllers, and a wide range of laptop accessories. All products are tested, graded, and ready to use.
What does "A-Grade Refurbished" mean?
A-Grade means the product is in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of use. All devices are fully tested, cleaned, and restored to full working order before sale.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation instantly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email and we'll do our best to assist.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, and all major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. We never store your full card details.
Will I receive a payment receipt?
Yes, a full payment receipt and order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase.
Warranty & Condition
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All products come with a 1-Year Local Warranty. This covers hardware faults and manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused by misuse are not covered under our warranty policy.
Do products come with original accessories?
Product listings clearly state what's included. Some items come with original accessories, while others include generic or no accessories. Please check the product description before purchasing.
